It is fully furnished except for the bedroom that will be rented out. Rent is $350 a month per person with all utilities included except for electric, which is usually about $50 a month. Internet is also around $50 a month. Dish TV is provided. The lease is from August 2011 to August 2012. However, if need be, the potential move in date could be mid-June.
